1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Ready 2 Schedule website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, using the Service, or booking an appointment through a Ready 2 Schedule page, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellations

Ready 2 Schedule offers Free, Pro, and Business plans with monthly and annual billing. Subscription fees are charged through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds except where required by law or as part of a stated money-back guarantee.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive communications.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Service.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials.
• Collect data about other users without their consent.

6. Intellectual property

Ready 2 Schedule and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of the business and client data you upload.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready 2 Schedule is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ready 2 Schedule and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. We may also suspend or terminate access immediately for serious breaches.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
